In a tough year for property developers in the UAE, profit figures released for 5 of the top property developers showed a decline of 82.3 per cent on property activityies in the region a report just released by Emirates Business.The report was based over 5 property developers Emaar, deyaar,Sorouh,Aldar proeprties and Rak Properties.

The report also stated that the Property market bottomed in April 2009 and since then as risen by approximately 9% off plan activity in property developments is still badly hit with very little activity.
