The Ajman government have recently announced new property laws the law gives further credibility to the growing real estate market within the Emirate. Ajman has seen large rises in property prices, but still significantly less than Dubai with typical prices in the 500 AED per sq foot price range and thus offering usually larger properties than Dubai.
