The world's largest real estate investment event takes place in Dubai Cityscape 2009, the eagerly awaited show will spotlight the health of the real estate business in the region.

The show will run from the 5th- 8th October and will be held at the Dubai exhibition and conference centre.the exhibition will now be attending by the largest of the Dubai Based real estate developers Nakheel and Emaar follwoing doubt of their attendance. This year investor and property purchasers will be keen to see how the show gioes in order to asertain investor confidence following the world crash on real estate prices which hit the Emirate of Dubai significatnly badly with some projects being cancelled and a drop in property prices as high as 50%.
