Real Estate on The Gulf Coast Booming

The Gulf Cooperation Council economy is enjoying a spectacular boom in particular in real estate and the construction industry and is set to break the $1 trillion barrier in this year, marking a three-fold increase in only five years.

One of the most successful sectors has been the real estate and building sector in general which continues to dominate the UAE landscape, with $1.3 trillion worth of projects in progress or at the planning stage, ranging from entire cities to individual real estate and the whole of the Gulf real estate market is flying including major toursist projects like Dubailand as well as basic infrastructure that as had to be created. Construction remains the dominant sector in the United Arab Emirates with the real estate and tourism market particularly in Dubai experiencing a continued boom.
