The Crescent in Dubai on Schedule

DAMAC Properties, the Middle East's largest private sector master developer, has announced to deliver ‘The Crescent', its first real estate project at IMPZ in early 3rd quarter of 2008. The Crescent boasts of 704 studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with breathtaking views over a large man-made lake.



Peter Riddoch, CEO, DAMAC Properties, said, "Reinforcing the company's focus and commitment to the delivery of projects, DAMAC has announced plans to deliver over 2300 units in 2008, followed by an additional 7100 units in 2009-10. In 2008, DAMAC will also deliver 527 units in Lake View located at Jumeirah Lake Towers, 192 units in Executive Heights at TECOM, 198 units in Tera Del Sol 1&2 and 848 units of The Crescent, located at IMPZ".



The Crescent will offers a wide range of facilities to the residents such as restaurants, parking space, a swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, gymnasium, 24 hours security and maintenance. Each apartment at this real estate development in Dubai will be built according to the highest specifications and design using the best materials.
