With recent positive activity Property prices have started to increase again in Dubai some developers have withdrawn there price lists for review in a upward trend, also we are seeing owners of proerties either increase property prices or withdraw them from the market on the back of recent frenzied investor activity on the back of all time low pricing in some cases as much as 50% less than properties prices in the peak of 2008.Recent review by banks like HSBC sent a clear message that the market has stabilised and this has driven investor activity over the last few weeks.
