It has been announced that 4 Dubai Property Developers are in advanced talks regarding merging with one of Dubai's largest Developers Emaar.Dubai Properties, Sama Dubai, and Tatweer. Emaar is the largest of the Developers in Dubai and are owned by the Governement of Dubai, Dubai properties are responsible for key developments of Executive Towers in Business Bay, the villa development in Dubailand, Sama Dubai are the developers of the Lagoons project located in Dubai Creek, with Tatweer the master developer of the Dubailand Them and Entertainement Park currently under construction.

The Merger will consolidate both investors and shareholders interests following a difficult last 6 - 8 months following the crash of the Real Estate Market in the Middle East.
