Mega hotel group MGM have announced investment in Dubai best now for it super themed hotels in Las Vegas, MGM will come to Dubai as part of the 15billion Aed Dubai Pearll project located at Tecom and at the gateway to Palm Jumeirah, Developer Pearl Dubai will own and finance the 250-room Bellagio hotel, the 350-room MGM Grand hotel and 30-suite Skylofts hote. This further announcement of corporate investment further supports that Dubai’s turn around in the Dubai Real Estate market is about to happen, many investor are starting to see Real estate activity increasing over the last 6 weeks.
