We have noticed a significant rise in real estate transactions through the month of April particular from investors looking for cheaper rental properties particluarly in the area of Springs area were 2 bed villas have been selling for around 1.2m Aed net, and these have become a particular hot bed for investors.

In the last few weeks we have also seen a significant number of financial backed buyer who have been notably absent for the last number of months looking for properties.

Presently we are seeing a standoff between owners and buyers as buyers are still looking for further reductions in line with events of this year and property owners very much holding their own and not reducing the prices further, this is typical of a market that is bottoming out, we await to see what the further few months bring.
