There seems to be some misunderstanding regarding the rights of multi-occupancy within properties in Dubai, It was widely understood that properties were not allowed to home mutli non same family members,With many homes having occupiers sharing the cost of a single property, It was believed that this had been outlawed and if individuals had been found that utilities would be disconnected forcing many workers to go to Sharjah or Ajman or suffer the cost of renting individually.
