With stop in Deira and Bur Dubai through the business districts of DIFC and Business bay up along the SZR through to Dubai Marina and Jumeirah lake towers over to Jebeli ali feeding discovery gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall, the convenience of having a station on your doorstep as driven demand, unlike other countries around the world with Dubai’s heat it is not always the case that you can walk a km or so to the station so nearer the station the better.

With a reported commute of around 190,000 passengers per day , demand for local real estate is significant.
