| Whilst at the moment the property market in Dubai is subdued with changing personal circumstances, lack of funding and general sentiment has created a surge in the number of properties being listed for sale. Our colleagues are reporting increasing numbers of enquiries from buyers wanting to purchase a home or office and cash rich individual investors or funds looking to purchase either ‘buy to rent’ ready properties, or for sale offplan properties deemed to be well under their true market value. , We believe that although the current volume of purchases is low, the underlying demand for property is strong. It is the lack of confidence in some quarters and short supply of capital that are keeping the number of transactions limited and not the fact that there is no demand for the properties.
We feel with this adjustment in the property market is a good time to purchase with Dubai still being a good place for medium to long term property investments |
