Saudi Arabian property developer kingdom holdings have approved the plan to build the worlds tallest building at 1 mile high currently held by Burj khalifa located in Downtown Dubai the tower will be called kingdom tower and will stand 5280 feet in the air dwarfing Dubai and the world’s tallest tower nearly by double.

The project will cost in excess of $30bn and denotes underlying confidence in large Real Estate projects that were seen in Dubai Real estate industry a few years ago

The project will be part of a centre piece of a 9 miles square city of commercial and residential properties surrounding the tower.
