It has been reported that Luxury hospitality and residential apartment provider is to delay their 250 bedroom hotel for a further 2 years, the building is located next door to the Kempinski luxury apartments located on the Crescent Palm Jumeirah, Presently constructed the hotel will remain a shell for a further 2 years until hospitality market improves.

With recent reports that growth in tourism is the focus of well known hotel operators who see the market improving and Real estate specialists who focus on hospitality sales see much interest in this sector, certainly the regional airline is gearing up for affordable flights to the area with an aggressive expansion plan to the Emirates Fleet.
