Covering a staggering 145 Million Sq Feet (5 sq Miles ) with estimated investment when completed of almost a £1billion, this feature will contain 16 sub-categories and will form the major focus of Dubailand bringing many guests to the other themes.

Arguably a category on its own the 17th category has been announced with the announcement of Universal Studios Dubailand, Universal Studios 4th theme park being announced in late 2007.
