New Regulations To Stop Property Speculative Selling in Dubai

In an Aim to put limits on property speculators in Dubai the Real Estate Regulatory Authority are making it mandatory that properties that are sold either complete or off plan be first registered with the land department. With growth reports of 40% reported for the last 12 months in Dubai, These regulations will stop property prices going out of control.

The Land Department will be collecting a two per cent transfer fee from the buyer, which were collected by developers previously.
