Dubai largest private property developer is to handover around 3500 apartments before year end it has been reported Damac properties who have multiple developments underway in various parts of Dubai are steaming head with their build programme.

The company are looking to handover their Project Emirates Gardens located in Jumeirah gardens this month lago vista located in the International Media production Zone followed in early 2011 their developments Ocean heights located in Dubai marina and one of the flagship developments of Park Towers located in DIFC business district.

Damac are expected to handover a 12000 Dubai Apartments between now and the end of 2012 in various locations throughout Dubai
