| Palm Jumeirah Located off shore lies the Stunning man made Island of Palm Jumeirah shaped in the form of a tree which is visible from Space and synonymous with Dubai. Here are located some of the most exclusive properties that Dubai has to offer.
The Palm offers a diverse range of properties from apartments to extensive villa / mansions located on the tip of the fronds (Branches) that emanate from the trunk of the Palm and of course the Palm is the home to the world famous Atlantis hotel.
The Palm properties range from 1.5m aed up to 250m aed and of course the Palm is the only place you can actually have a beachfront residence in the true sense in Dubai.
As you enter the trunk of the Palm there are multiple buildings that contain the many apartments ranging from one bedroom up to penthouses and prices depend on the quality, views and beach access. The apartment buildings include Shoreline, Tiara residences, Oceana, Golden Mile, Fairmont hotel and the Viceroy currently under construction.
Leading further up the trunk of the Palm you will start to the see the fronds that emanate from the trunk, this is where you will see four types of properties in many varied styles, starting with the 3 and 4 bedroom Canal Cove townhouses. Canal Cove town houses are located at the entrance of the fronds and are the cheapest of the villas as they are not detached and share a community pool.
The four and 5 bedroom Garden Homes lie with sizes ranging from 5000 to 6000 sq. feet built up typically on a 6500 sq. ft. plot all with beach access and private pools, these are the smallest of the detached villas and come in a wide array of styles of either Arabic or Mediterranean the latter being more desirable and demanding higher prices.
The larger villas built by the developer Nakheel are the Signature villas typically 7000 sq. feet built up on 13,000 sq. feet plots double the plot size of the Garden Homes. Again there are several floor plans ranging from 5 to 7 bedrooms both Arabic and Mediterranean styles.
Some of the plots including the tip plots of 15,000 sq feet were sold as only plots and you may see independent villas located on these which have substantial properties built on them and these properties can sell in excess of 150m aed upwards.
Some of the fronds have yet to be built on for example Frond N where individual plots have been sold, at the end of the trunk a community development is being built called The Point including shops and restaurants.
