Time Scale:
The Palisades will be completed in 2011.

The project represents an investment of between 8 and 10 billion AED (1.42 and 1.78 billion pounds sterling).
Payment Plan
Two options of payment plans
1. Stage payment of 10% every 3 months and 20% upon completion.
2. 30% over construction period and remaining 70% upon completion.
