Located near to Dubai Sports City lies the exclusive and luxury development of Jumeirah Golf Estates, the development of high specification villas approximately 900 in total suffered significant delays due to the Dubai Real Estate market crash, Now after 3 years villas are due to be delivered commencing the end of 2012.
The concept whilst not unique of a residential community within a golfing complex the availability of midsized as well as large villas on the golf course in Dubai with hilly topography was and still is very appealing.
Phase 1 golf courses the first two named after the element of Fire and Earth are fully operational and home to the Race to Dubai PGA championships, many consider the Earth course to be one of the best in the world.

The first development completed Lime tree valley will be the first to be handed over with all 121 villas now complete all that remains is utility connections which are the responsibility of the master developer and not the long suffering sub developer and this is now taking place and handover imminent Q4 2012.
Other sub developers are now enabling workforces to finish the properties and will hand over in 2013 once utilities have been finalised around the wider Jumeirah Golf Estates,
Phase 2 which includes 2 additional golf courses Wind and Water are indefinitely delayed at this time.
